Sign your up your little goblins, ghouls and princesses for the free kids dash (t-shirt not included)! Please register your child/children atso we have an idea of how many goblins and princesses we should plan for. There will be a special kids costume contest too!

Walkers can participate in the 5K.

Dogs on short leashes are welcome (costumes encouraged), strollers allowed (please start at the back of the pack).

Online registration will close at 3:00pm on Friday, October 26.

Day-of registration will be available starting at 7:30am at Seward Park. Please bring cash or checks made out to Run for Good. Credit Cards will not be accepted.

Don't stand in line on race day! We will be offering pre-race packet pickup on October 27th at West Seattle Runner from 10:00am-7:00pm. They have been kind enough to offer a 10% discount on anything you buy that day and will be offering free massages from West Seattle Body Works to Run Scared participants.
